reveal: Autumn ‘Grounding’ Box.

The Autumn ‘Grounding’ Box has now been released into the world!

And while we are still experiencing the delights of a Late Summer, in recent days the winds have been building and the nights are getting a little cooler and darker. Autumn is on her way and I love that the ‘Grounding’ Box is able to support your meditation and mindfulness practices, so that you can harmonise with what is going on in the natural world .. during this season of preparation, letting go and grounding.

It takes me a few days, post-box-launch, to get back into the flow of life. The week of shipping is all consuming, from sorting incoming stock, to packing and wrapping individual items, writing instruction sheets and uploading guided meditations to the learning hub, to the physical putting together of each box, then blessing and labelling each box .. and hauling them all down to the post office.

Then I have to wait, rather impatiently, for the boxes to arrive on subscriber doorsteps before I can say anything or reveal the contents. It’s fun and exciting to keep some products secret .. but then I just want to shout out loud and share the joy .. and how proud I am of the creative and unique items in each box.

Autumn ‘Grounding’ Meditation Box

The Autumn Box explores meditation and mindfulness practices, and daily rituals, that cultivate a deeper sense of being Grounded.

To be Grounded is to feel stable, supported and protected, content in yourself and able to drawn strength from your inner reservoir in times of change.

I was incredibly honoured to find and secure our feature book ‘Grounded’ and have the chance to liaise directly with its author, Ruth Allen. What an amazing book .. beautiful in production and content, delicious images and inspirational writing drawn from Ruth’s passion for nature and considerable experience as a counsellor and eco-psychotherapist, specialising in outdoor practice and nature connection!

My copy of ‘Grounded’ sits proudly on my coffee table and I regularly find myself opening its pages for a little snippet of wisdom, and a reminder of the incredible power of being in nature, whether that is just the local beach, park or garden. And when I am out in the world, taking my #MindfulMorningWalk or hiking further afield, this book has given me a different ‘lens’ to see, connect and engage with the world around me. I am feeling blessed and grateful.

“Being grounded is finding a place to belong in the natural world”

Ruth Allen
