Brass Singing Bowl

Inside our Summer ‘Vitality’ Meditation Box was a beautiful, hand-hammered 3.5-inch Singing Bowl, crafted by Nepalese artisans in the Himalayan Foothills.

The vibrational sound that a singing bowl produces is said to create an energy that centres the frequencies of the body, mind and spirit. Singing Bowls have been played for centuries, across many different cultures and traditions and are said to synchronise the left and right sides of the brain to create a sense of peace and calm during meditation.

We have very limited remaining stock of two distinctive bowls:

+ OM Singing Bowl - The sacred symbol "OM" resonates within a singing bowl, embodying the essence of universal consciousness. Its vibrations mirror the sound that birthed the universe, representing the eternal, the divine, and the interconnectedness of all existence.

+ Wisdom Eye Singing Bowl - The Buddha's Eye, also known as the "Wisdom Eye" or "Third Eye," is a spiritual symbol often found in Buddhist art. It represents the all-seeing, enlightened vision of the Buddha, reflecting insight, clarity, and understanding.
