Meditation Shawl

Ethically crafted in Nepal, this beautiful grey-on-black cotton warp with acrylic weft weave wrap is incredibly soft and warm to touch and wear. 

Meditation shawls have been used for thousands of years to ensure the body stays warm, comfortable and focused during meditation (there is nothing more distracting than feeling a chill move through the body while in meditation).

It is believed that when you consistently wear a shawl for meditation, it holds the energy accumulated by your practice.
